What will you need?
- Contract holder: Your most recent bill.
- Proxy holder or account manager: A recent bill of the account you manage.

You can change your address for free through your Customer Space. However, if you prefer to change your address by talking to one of our customer service representatives, a $25 fee (plus tax) will be added to your first bill.

When should you change your address?

It’s never too early to change your address. If you already know your new address and your moving date, let us know now.

If you prefer to wait, we can send you an email approximately one week before you move, so that you don’t forget to let us know!
