If you think you might not be able to pay your bill on time, don’t wait. Enter into a payment arrangement through your Customer Space or get in touch with us to keep your file in good standing. If collection procedures are already under way, they will be suspended once we’ve reached an agreement.
A payment arrangement helps you spread your annual electricity bill over several installments. This agreement can also include an estimation of your electricity consumption for the duration of the agreement. Watch the video to learn more.
