If you choose one of the following products, there is no need to submit an application for financial assistance. The amount will be deducted directly from the installer’s invoice.

Electric thermal storage (ETS) system and central heat pump
Receive $22,000 in financial assistance when you purchase and install an ETS system and central heat pump.
Electric thermal storage (ETS) system
Receive $15,000 in financial assistance when you purchase an ETS system to replace your central heating unit.
Geothermal heat pump
Receive $750 per 1,000 BTU/h when you purchase and install a geothermal heat pump. You could save 25% to 35% on your heating costs!
Hydro‑Québec is proud to join forces with the Québec government in the context of the 2030 Plan for a Green Economy. Under this plan, the government pays Hydro‑Québec part of the financial assistance that it offers participants through the LogisVert Program for purchasing and installing an electric thermal storage (ETS) system.

For measures implemented on or after January 1, 2024, you must submit your request within nine months of the equipment installation date.
For measures implemented between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, you must submit your request before September 30, 2024.
Yes, the assistance calculation tool available at the LogisVert Efficient Homes Program web portal will help you estimate the amount you may be eligible to receive based on the measures you intend to install. All you have to do is answer a few simple questions.
Yes, you'll need to provide the following personal information: last name, first name, address, email address, phone number and a description of your home. If your home is a source of income, you must also provide your social insurance number. You'll also have to attach proof of ownership as well as purchase and installation invoices to your request for financial assistance.
Hydro-Québec and its partner, Groupe Marketing International (GMI), will use all means necessary to protect your personal information.
Depending on your situation, you may need to provide your social insurance number (SIN) at the end of the process in order to receive the financial assistance. Your SIN is only required when your request for financial assistance is approved. You’ll receive instructions to send your SIN safely. Never send your SIN by email.
Hydro-Québec needs your SIN to send you a Relevé 27 – Paiements du gouvernement. Hydro‑Québec is required to issue this tax slip to all individuals to whom financial assistance was granted under its programs. Please note that Hydro‑Québec will not keep your SIN once the financial assistance has been paid. You will need to provide it each time you submit an application for financial assistance.
