Reminder of Hydro-Québec's Supplier Code of Conduct requirements

This is a reminder of your obligations under the Supplier Code of Conduct [PDF], which sets out Hydro-Québec's requirements in terms of ethics and integrity.

Under the Code, suppliers must not place a Hydro-Québec employee in a situation that could compromise his or her integrity or ethical behavior, or that could be perceived as doing so, by offering any goods, meals, favors, services, advantages, payments or cash, invitations or gifts.
