Support in the tendering process
You can always get more information on a current tender call by contacting the person responsible for the call via the Supplier Space. The sourcing manager can be found in the Additional Information section of the Important Notice tab in the consulted tender call.
Log in to the Supplier Space to modify your company's informations into the Supplier Form (Identification tab on the left).

Support during the course of a contract
If you have any questions about your order or contract, get in touch with the Hydro‑Québec contract administrator. You’ll find his contact information on the notice of award.
Billing support
To find out how to submit an invoice, get payment information, sign up for direct deposit or change your banking or contact information, go to the invoicing and payment page.
Complaints
Under Section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR c C‑65.1), a party interested in participating in a tendering process may file a complaint about the content of the tender documents of a current call governed by an intergovernmental or international agreement.
