Use the form to obtain information about a payment. If you’ve registered for direct deposit, you’ll receive a payment notice (PDF) by e-mail whenever an invoice is paid.

Payment notices are e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided when you registered for direct deposit. If you aren’t receiving payment notices, please check your junk/spam folders first.

Supplier identification

  1. You must have an SAP Business Network account. To create an account, refer to the Register your business procedure.
  2. Sign in to your SAP Business Network account and Edit your company information.
