Use the form to obtain information about a payment. If you’ve registered for direct deposit, you’ll receive a payment notice (PDF) by e-mail whenever an invoice is paid.

Payment notices are e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided when you registered for direct deposit. If you aren’t receiving payment notices, please check your junk/spam folders first. If necessary, you can use the following form to change the e-mail address where you want payment notices sent.
