LogisVert Efficient Homes Program – Update of lists of eligible heat pumps and removal of a measure

The lists of heat pumps eligible for our LogisVert Efficient Homes Program were updated on May 1, 2025. You can consult them here:

• High-efficiency heat pumps eligible for the new builds options – Multiplexes and Residential Buildings (in French only)

In addition, please note that, as of August 25, 2025, the High-efficiency heat pump and caulking work measure will be eliminated. However, it will remain accessible to participants who began work before August 25, 2025, so that they can submit their request.

Participants who install a heat pump and carry out caulking work can combine the Efficient heat pump measure (including high-efficiency heat pumps) and Roof insulation and caulking measure in a single request to benefit from 5% bonus financing for multiple measures.
