What will you need?
- Contract holder: Your most recent bill.
- Proxy holder or account manager: A recent bill of the account you manage.
Why enter into a payment arrangement?
If you think you might not be able to pay your bill on time, don’t wait. Get in touch with us about entering into a payment arrangement to keep your file in good standing. If collection procedures have already been started, they will be suspended once we’ve reached an agreement.
E-mail reminders
Once you’ve entered into a payment arrangement, you’ll receive an e-mail reminder whenever it’s time to pay an installment.
Eligibility for an online payment arrangement
You’re eligible for an online payment arrangement if:
- You have the Rate G with billing under $100,000/year
- You don’t already have an arrangement.
- You have paid all installments on time for all your arrangements over the past twelve months.
- You haven’t received a disconnection notice within the last 45 days.
- You aren’t on the Equalized Payments Plan.
