Efficient Solutions Program – Mid-year payment of incentive compensation

Hydro‑Québec is getting ready to pay the mid-year incentive compensation for projects eligible under OSE for which financial assistance is paid by June 30, 2025.

To receive this incentive compensation, the total financial assistance payable by Hydro‑Québec for all the eligible projects for which you acted as an aggregator or partner during this period must come to at least:

• $50,000 for the Small Businesses component (see Participation Guide [PDF - 143kB], in French only);
• $200,000 for the Medium and Large Businesses component (see Participation Guide [PDF - 283kB], in French only).

If you have reached one of these thresholds, we will get in touch with you in early August and the incentive compensation will follow a few weeks later.

If you don’t reach one of these thresholds by June 30, 2025, don’t worry: You have until December 31, 2025, to do so. The second installment of the incentive compensation will be issued in early 2026. It will cover projects eligible under OSE for which financial assistance was paid between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, and that were not already included in the calculation of a previous incentive compensation installment.
