Heat pumps: benefits for you and your tenants
In Québec, heating can account for more than 50% of an electricity bill. In this context, a wall‑mounted heat pump is one of the most efficient solutions for heating and cooling a residential unit.
For property owners, it is also a good investment. Installing heat pumps helps keep tenants longer by improving their comfort and reducing their energy costs, while modernizing the building and increasing its value.
Your tenants can benefit from the many advantages a heat pump offers:
Significant energy savings
Up to three times more efficient than baseboard heaters for heating a home.
Dual function
Effective cooling in summer and efficient heating in winter for improved comfort.
Cold‑climate performance
Operates efficiently even at temperatures as low as ‑20°C, depending on the model, helping meet a large portion of heating needs.
Consistent comfort
Stable temperature control and quiet operation for ongoing comfort.
