Becoming a supplier
To bring your business, your products or your services to the attention of Hydro‑Québec, you must create an account in the Supplier Space. To do so, please follow the steps on the page Registering a business.

You can always get information on a current tender call by contacting the person responsible for the call. Their contact information can be found in the General Information – RFP under "Additional information".

During the contract term
If you have any questions about your contract or order, please get in touch with the Hydro‑Québec contract administrator. You’ll find their contact information on the notice of award sent by email.
Billing
To find out how to submit an invoice, inquire about a payment, sign up for direct deposit or change your banking or contact information, please consult the invoicing and payment page.
Filing a complaint
Under Section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR c C‑65.1), a party interested in participating in a tendering process may file a complaint about the content of the tender documents of a current call governed by an intergovernmental or international agreement.

To report ethical misconduct (e.g., fraud, theft, corruption, collusion, false invoicing, conflict of interest, etc.), get in touch with us:

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All reports are handled impartially and confidentially. Any person who files a report in good faith or who cooperates in any verifications or investigations will receive protection against retaliation.
