Transitional rules applicable to the Medium and Large Businesses Component – Customized Option

Introduced on November 19, 2018, the Customized Option was amended several times, the most recent one being on June 15, 2023.

You submitted a letter of interest or project proposal under the Industrial Systems Program before November 19, 2018.

Please refer to the transitional rules to find out which ones apply to your situation.

You submitted your compliant proposal under the Customized Option between November 19, 2018, and June 8, 2020.

Subject to Hydro-Québec’s approval, the documentation and tools listed below apply if your project qualifies under this option and if Hydro-Québec received your compliant project proposal between November 19, 2018, and June 8, 2020.

Hydro-Québec must confirm the date of receipt of the compliant proposal.

  2. Go to where you saved the PDF form on your computer and open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You submitted your compliant proposal under the Efficient Solutions Program between June 9, 2020, and May 8, 2022.

Subject to Hydro-Québec’s approval, the documentation and tools listed below apply if your project qualifies under the Customized Option and if the start date was between June 9, 2020 and May 8, 2022.

Hydro-Québec must confirm the date of receipt of the compliant proposal.
